Danantara, Institutional Strength, and Global Investor Confidence

I am proud of my colleagues at Danantara Investment Management (DIM) for successfully issuing its inaugural international bond, raising US$1.5 billion amid ongoing global economic uncertainties.

What makes this milestone particularly meaningful is the strong response from international investors. The peak orderbook reached approximately US$4.6 billion, more than three times the total issuance size, reflecting significant demand from institutional investors across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

For me, this level of interest represents an important signal of investor confidence in DIM’s credit profile, governance, institutional strength, and long-term prospects.

Building trust in international markets takes time and requires consistent execution. This achievement is an encouraging step, but it also reminds us of the responsibility we carry to continue delivering meaningful results.

I hope this milestone will motivate us to work even harder in strengthening Danantara’s institutional foundations and earning the confidence of global investors through tangible, long-term impact for Indonesia.
