Back to Business, Back to Saudi Arabia

Recently, Mr. Rosan, CEO of Danantara Indonesia, and I returned to Saudi Arabia to meet with several key stakeholders. Among them were the Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Falih; the Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Chairman of Saudi Aramco, Yasir Al-Rumayyan; and the Chairman of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Mohammad bin Abdullah Elkuwaiz.

During the visit, we discussed several strategic sectors. These included energy and minerals, financial institutions and banking, real estate, and the continued development of investment in Hajj services.

In addition, several memoranda of understanding were signed to strengthen long-term support for Indonesian Hajj pilgrims. The collaboration focuses on building an integrated and sustainable ecosystem that supports worship, healthcare, protection, assistance, and operational services in the Holy Land.

Through these initiatives, Danantara Indonesia aims to become a catalyst for better Hajj and Umrah services. By prioritizing professionalism, transparency, and sustainability, we hope to improve the experience for millions of Indonesian pilgrims in the years ahead.
