Pandu – Yesterday morning, on behalf of @acventuresindonesia, I had the chance to discuss with representatives of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the World Bank to talk about the role of the private sector and its contribution to energy transition and digital transformation. I also convey to them how Indonesia is also currently having the same focus on this matter.
I would like to say thank you for taking the time and the opportunity to Azam Khan and Alfonso G. Mora from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), also Mari Pangestu, Manuella Ferro, and Satu Kristiina from World Bank.
The energy transition is a big concern that every developed country has recognized, including Indonesia. That’s something urgent and we have to take an action for a better environment and a better sustainable economy in the future.
Second, I believe the role of technology and digitalization will be critical in the development of Indonesia. Our role in the private sector is to encourage by investing in companies that are encouraging technological advancement that will enhance the lives of Indonesians in the next few decades.
We have a great chance of enhancing Indonesia’s life through cross-collaboration with both the public and private sectors. We are so excited about the reality of Indonesia today and the potential Indonesia has in the next decade.
“We have a great chance of enhancing Indonesia’s life through cross-collaboration with both the public and private sectors.”
