“Leading in a New Era.”
That is the theme of this year’s Milken Institute Global Conference and it feels relevant today. The global landscape continues to shift, while the old world order changes in unpredictable ways.
I was truly honored to attend and contribute to a conference that brings together leaders from around the world. Thousands of figures from finance, business, government, technology, and healthcare gathered to exchange ideas and explore solutions for the future.
More importantly, I was proud to represent Indonesia in these conversations. As the world enters a new era, Indonesia has an important role to play in sustainable investment, economic transformation, and regional leadership.
During the conference, I also had the opportunity to speak with several senior leaders from leading global investment firms. Among them were Howard Marks of Oaktree Capital Management and John Zito of Apollo Asset Management. I learned a great deal from our discussions. At the same time, I shared my perspectives on Indonesia and the tremendous opportunities our country offers.
Above all, I am grateful for the meaningful conversations, the new perspectives, and the reminder that progress remains possible even during challenging times.
Together, we can continue building a better future for everyone.
