Pandu –Shopee’s Journey in Indonesia is not easy. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to share the story about Shopee’s journey with Ye Gang, Co-Founder of SEA to 500 Sinarmas leaders. 

At first, Shopee has faced so many challenges. Getting doubted and underestimated. But, Shopee kept continuing to work hard, until now of course, based on the company values as our guidance. We serve, we adapt, we run, we commit, and we stay humble.

A company without value is like a broken kite, easy to drift and then disappear. Therefore, the company couldn’t move forward. The company value is not just a jargon but must be rooted in all members of the company.

As one of the companies with the most employees in Indonesia, I believe that they can be as big as today because they maintain the company values they believe in. Thanks for the opportunity to share!
