Pandu – We are glad that this morning @fintechid have a discussion with the Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs, Mrs. Tri Rismaharini. We talked about the future collaboration between Aftech members and the Ministry of Social Affairs in the social assistance distribution program.
The use of digital platforms such as fintech, which is synergized with e-warung, should be able to help the Ministry of Social Affairs to deliver social assistance directly to the targeted people. Also, our attention is to track the activities of using the funds of social assistance.
I appreciate the hard work Mrs. Risma and the team who are giving their best in handling the impact of the pandemic on vulnerable groups of people. Of course, the plan still needs to go through several further processes, but we, Aftech, hope that this plan and goodwill can work.
Aftech will continue to synergy with other stakeholders to help increase digital financial literacy in the community. One of them is by encouraging Aftech members to further facilitate the productive sector such as fishermen, farmers and MSMEs scattered in various regions of Indonesia.
